Jessica Thackway completed her undergraduate studies at Lake Forest College, receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees in Spanish and Communications. She went on to pursue her law degree from Barry University School of Law. During this time, Ms. Thackway worked as an intern for the Orlando City Attorney’s Office and the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. Ms. Thackway was also a B.A.C.E. Fellow at Catholic Charities of Central Florida. Upon completion of her Juris Doctor, she was admitted to the Florida Bar.

Before joining KEL, Ms. Thackway worked as an associate attorney for a small Central Florida firm, where she gained invaluable experience dealing in immigration and bankruptcy matters on a daily basis.

Jessica Thackway is an Associate Attorney at KEL, where she assists and counsels clients with strategic planning in many areas of law.
