Ryan Finnegan
Associate Attorney
Ryan Finnegan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida. Mr. Finnegan then earned his Juris Doctor and LL.M. in Estate Planning and Taxation from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. As J.D. candidate, Mr. Finnegan was a volunteer at the Kansas City Low Income Tax Clinic and Entrepreneurial Legal Services Clinic, supervisor of the UMKC Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and secretary of the UMKC Student Division of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
While pursuing his LL.M., Mr. Finnegan worked an Associate at the World Headquarters of the world’s largest tax services provider, providing research and interpretation of the most current tax laws and IRS opinions.
Mr. Finnegan became a member of the Missouri Bar and began his legal career working as commercial counsel for a Fortune 500 heavy industrial contractor. There he worked primarily in negotiating multi-million/billion dollar contracts for the construction of new and retrofitted power plants. Mr. Finnegan returned to Florida and was admitted to The Florida Bar.
Ryan Finnegan is an Associate Attorney at KEL. He is the Department Manager for the Debtor Workout division.
